6.1 How do I apply to graduate?

How do I apply to graduate as a full-time student? 

Full-time students do not need to apply to graduate. Our Student Advisors (formerly Pathway Advisors) will complete graduation review once final grades are submitted for your final semester. All full-time graduates will receive information via e-mail once their graduate status has been confirmed. Alternatively, graduated statuses may be viewed on your ACSIS account by choosing “View GPA” and historic transcript.

How do I apply to graduate as a part-time student? 

If you are studying part-time or if you are studying full-time but have taken a part-time course in your last semester, you need to apply to graduate. Please visit the Receiving Your Credential webpage for step by step instructions to complete your request to graduate through your ACSIS account.

How will I receive my diploma? 

Algonquin College credentials will be mailed out when your graduated status is complete. If your mailing address has changed, please update it in ACSIS (student portal) as soon as possible.
